Where is the time going?! It is December 6 already! The Christmas tree is up, Christmas cards have been ordered, most of the shopping is done (unfortunately not the shipping) and cold season is in full bloom.
Our little buddy is going to be 8 months old soon and is growing like a weed. He discovered the Christmas tree the other day and I am pretty sure he will pull it down before the season is over. I have the beginnings of a cold and am not happy about it. Finalizing Christmas stuff + a heavy work load + daily life are taking a toll on me. I am pretty much done with the Christmas shopping & creating but now is the time for my least favorite part...the shipping. UGH. Thankfully I found a good shipping store so I won't have to fight the lines at the post office since it's snow bird season (when all the retirees come back for the winter and they take over the town and make the roads very dangerous!).
We have made a lot of changes at work (new layouts, programs and curriculum for groups, etc.) and it has been a lot of work! My team is pretty worn out lately but our rest will come (maybe not for a few months, but it will happen) and we are all pretty excited for all the new stuff to finally take shape. I can't wait to see the finally product of all of our hard work!
