Today is a day of relaxation! We are done with our respite care and little Anina is back with her foster family. They were so excited to see her! We found another house that we really like. We submitted all of our paperwork yesterday, so hopefully we will find out tomorrow if we got it or not. Now the question is, when to move? Easter is next weekend already! Easter is our SUPER BOWL and I couldn't be more excited! Easter at Radiant is tiring, stressful and a lot of work, but it's the most rewarding, awesome event that anyone can be a part of. The way the staff & volunteers come together actually brings tears to your eyes. So, clearly, this coming weekend is not a good time to move :) Maybe the weekend after that.
It has been hot here the last few days. Upper 90s already?! I am sad b/c I know what is around the corner...the dreaded triple digits. Bleh! Summer here is not fun. But I know we will get through it, we always do. And to those people who say they love the heat...we are no longer friends! :)
