Raspberry Pie

Ingredients:
1 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 cups raspberries
1 small package of raspberry jello
1 pie crust

Whisk together water, sugar & corn starch. Heat over medium heat until clear and thick. Once the mixture is thick, add the jello.

Bake the pie shell

Wash & rinse the raspberries

Once the jello mixture is cool, add the raspberries. Once the crust is cool, add the raspberry mixture to the crust and let cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
