I am always striving to better myself, whether it's by reading, increasing my prayer time or heck, finding a good Pinterest recipe that makes me look & feel better.
I've done an egg treatment twice now and I totally believe in it! The first recipe was 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a cup of warm water. I massaged it into my hair and scalp and left it there for about 20 minutes. I washed my hair (2 times) and conditioned and by the time I was done drying it, it already felt amazing!
The other recipe subbed coconut oil for the olive oil. Totally didn't have the same effect. I feel like it did strengthen my hair, but it did not leave it as soft and shinny as the olive oil treatment.
I am trying to grow out my hair, so anything that strengthens it is a win for me :)
