So Thankful

In honor of November being the "thankful month", I thought I would share a few things that I am thankful for...

1. My loving, amazing, supportive husband. He is my rock and is a phenomenal husband and daddy.
2. My sweet little boy. That little boy brings so much joy to my life and keeps me on my toes!
3. My furbabies. Even though Numy is old and feeble, Riley is big giant cry baby and Emma only makes her presence known after dark, I love those babies! They know how to make this momma's heart full.
4. Being born in the USA. I can't think of a better place to live or a better country to be a part of.
5. A house that is well insulated. It may sound dumb, but growing up, my room was freezing cold in the winter and unbearably hot in the summer because the house was poorly insulated.
6. Food on the table. I worry more about eating healthy than I do not having food.
7. A job. I am blessed to be able to put so many of my talents to use everyday.
8. A church that I love. Some people are always on the hunt for that 'perfect' church. I am thankful I found a church that is a great fit for me and my family.
9. Cars that run. I may not have the newest, coolest cars, but I am so incredibly thankful that my cars get me from point A to point B (most of the time!).
10. Good health. I've dealt with some health issues over the last two months and I am so thankful that things are now well. I also am able to use my feet as transportation when my car decides not to be awesome :)
11. Living in warm climate. I hate snow - like really hate it. I am thankful that I don't need to travel in it.
12. Being an auntie. I love my niece and nephews so much and am proud to be their auntie!
13. Supportive families. Our families are incredibly supportive and loving, yeah, there's a few that are jerks, but every family has that, right? :)
14. A nice backyard. If I would've seen a picture 10 years ago of my current backyard, I would have laughed...and then probably cried. The tiny little yard with cinder blocks around it would be nothing to boast about if it was in Hudsonville, but it is such a blessing here in Surprise. Isaac loves our yard so much!
15. Talents. God has given me some awesome talents and I love putting each of them to use helping my family survive.
16. Memories. My memory is amazing. Seriously, I can recall moments from Kindergarten. But don't ask me what I ate for lunch yesterday - those kind of memories are purged immediately to make room for the good stuff :)
17. Friends. Some of my friends have been in my life for years, some for months, but I treasure each one of them. I am an extrovert and need to have good people around me at all times!

This is obviously not everything that I am thankful for, just a few things that are near and dear to my heart.
